If you would like to place an order by phone, please contact (305) 979-2484 and we will be happy to assist you.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed as they are handmade.

Priority Mail is the standard shipping method which may take 2 - 3 business days once shipped. Priority does not stand for Express shipping, if you do wish to select Overnight Shipping you must choose the Express mail shipping method.

Joolz by Martha Calvo reserves the right to reject or refuse any orders placed that violates the site's terms and regulations.

Local Pick Up

For local pick up orders, please allow up to 24 hours to process order. 

Once your order is ready for pick up, orders team will notify you via text.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost/damaged items that may occur during transit. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, once proof of delivery is provided, we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your package. 

International Policy

Most international orders do incur customs fees upon arrival to the destination, customers will be contacted via the shipping service to pay these dues in order to receive the package.

We are not responsible for any custom fees upon arrival to the destination country.

Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your item, we accept the return of an unused and/or defective merchandise for store credit only within 14 days of delivery provided that the merchandise is accompanied by original receipt. All sales are final.  All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. If a discount code was used for the original order, they cannot be applied to any exchanges. We can only accept one exchange per order.

All personalized orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged for store credit.

Please email orders@marthacalvo.com to obtain a return authorization.  Once you receive a return authorization, shipping instructions will be provided. Please note that we not offer free returns or exchanges, postage will be covered by the customer if the item is not faulty or defective.

Promotional codes cannot be combined.

Return Policy

Exchange only within 14 days of delivery/purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days, after the order has been delivered for your store credit or exchange to be processed. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria.  

Repair Policy

We may repair damaged merchandise within 90 days of purchase. If the repair is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided. Please note additional repairs not under warranty are offered at a nominal repair fee.  

Privacy Policy

Joolz by Martha Calvo is committed to respecting the privacy of our users and protecting your information. Information that is transmitted and collected on our site only pertains to the order. All information provided is confidential.  We will not distribute any personal data to anyone and or third parties. We do not store any credit card information on file. All content taken without permission will result in copy right violation.
